Music Listening Class taught by NHC Music Director Ed Bolkovac
Class dates will be: Aug 20, 27; September 3, 10, 17, 24.  Starting time 7PM

The class will explore interesting topics on the African American influence on classical concert and popular music, individual unbelievable composers such as Franz Liszt and Béla Bartók, classical music in popular culture, and always a few other surprises! Fast-paced with lots of great music and videos to watch together! The first Music Listening series was quite popular—learn and have fun at the same time!

Musicianship Class taught by NHC Music Director Ed Bolkovac
Class dates will be: Aug 20, 27; September 3, 10, 17, 24. Starting time 8PM

This class will focus on 2 major areas:  how to improve your singing, as well as rhythmical skills and a sprinkling of sight-reading.  In addition, this is the class where you can ask those questions you have been thinking about for years and where you can get resources to find the knowledge to satisfy your curiosity. We had a lot of fun at the previous classes and I hope many more of you will take advantage of this user-friendly class with its level of enthusiasm and positive energy.
