Join the New Haven Chorale
Dear Choral Singer,
If you are a singer with a passion for choral music, have a desire to improve your musical skills, and would like to use your music to get involved in community outreach, I urge you to audition for the New Haven Chorale! The Chorale is an amazing, auditioned community of choral musicians from diverse backgrounds and careers who are united by their love of choral singing and devotion to excellence. The members of the Chorale love to sing great choral music, but usually tell me that they not only ‘love’ to sing, but ‘need’ to sing because it is an important aspect of their lives. Since its founding in 1950, the New Haven Chorale has been a vital musical and cultural asset to the Greater New Haven community, and we would love to include you! I look forward to meeting new singers that share our passion and love of music.

Auditions will take place at the Unitarian Society of New Haven, located at 700 Hartford Tpke, Hamden, CT 06517.
Our upcoming audition date is:

Saturday, January 3rd from 10AM-1PM
Rehearsals are held every Monday evening from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM at the Unitarian Society of New Haven.
Each audition will include a brief warm-up to assess your vocal range and flexibility, followed by a short solo piece of your choice.
